Someday

I remember when It was only you and me, all my life it was nothing but happiness and glee.
Now I see that my beautiful friend has for me the one thing that she swore would be forgiven.

Why did you have to go to heaven.

It’s hard for me to wipe away the tears because I remember when you told me there was no cure.
I held your hand as tight as I could and you told me I was your only guy.
You closed your eyes and you slowly showed me your smile, a smile that would never leave my memory.
Now you sleep for an eternity of peace and now I’m at war with myself that I wish I will see your lovely face once again…..Someday.
